Our Your Company University online learning center offers over 2000 continuing education courses in areas like management training, professional development, and educational leadership to support your chosen learning plan. You have one year to complete or review the
course(s) you have purchased. Plus, pricing is structured for single, multiple and volume discount purchase, including special pricing for
bundles of five courses.

Please Note:

• Each course must be paid for in advance before you can take a course.

• Courses may be purchased one at a time through the Your Company University registration and purchase process. Register and choose from
the catalog the course or courses you wish to take. This will allow you to move to the Your Company University Course Player where you will be
able to take the course.

• You have one year to complete or review the course(s) you have purchased. At the end of that one year time the course(s) will no longer be
available for your use. The price you pay allows you one year of access to that particular course using your username and password as many
times as you wish for no additional charge.

• You may purchase more than one course at the discounts listed above. In order to qualify for the discount you must pay for all of the courses
   at the same time. An inventory of courses will be made available for your use at a future time. It is not required to select the exact courses you
   will use to take advantage of the discounts. When courses are assigned they will be deducted from your inventory. At the point they are assigned
   to a person, that individual has one year of access to that course. At the end of that one year time the course(s) will no longer be available for
   their use.

• The person who purchased a course or is assigned to complete a course through their company is the only one allowed to take the course.

• You may purchase a “bundle” of 5 courses as a single purchase. This means that you must select the exact courses you will take and pay for
the group of 5 in order to qualify for this discount. All 5 of the chosen courses must be taken within one year of purchase. At the end of that
one year time the courses will no longer be available for your use.

• All courses other than English (Spanish, French, and Korean) carry a pricing premium because of royalties that must be paid for translation
of the material.

Special Information for Bundles

Bundles are defined as a grouping of 5 courses bought at the same time. When courses are bought in “bundles” of 5 there is a substantial discount provided. A few restrictions do apply:

• The Shopping Cart system automatically creates a bundle when your purchases reach a total of 5 courses. When you buy a sixth course and
continuing on to purchase through 9 courses, the single course price will apply for each of those courses until you reach the 10th course when a
discount for a “bundle” will again be credited.

• If you buy 4 courses at the single course price and then purchase another course at a separate time, the system will not apply the “bundle”
discount. Please be sure to include all your courses at the time of purchase to receive your discount.

• All courses must be taken within one year of the time of purchase. After one year the rights to access these courses are discontinued unless you
pay for them again and renew.

• You may mix and match any of the courses in the Course Library to create a “bundle” of 5 courses and receive your discount with the following
exceptions.

a. Environmental, Safety, Health, and Transportation courses can not be combined with any other courses. You may buy a “bundle” of five (5)of these courses and receive the “bundle” discount, but you may not add these courses to another 4 courses in other categories to create a bundle of 5.

b. Legal Compliance courses can not be combined with any other courses. You may buy a “bundle” of five (5) of these courses and receive the “bundle” discount, but you may not add these courses to another 4 courses in other categories to create a bundle of 5.
